Core and Online Banking Conversion

My Credit Union is converting our core computer system. At the end of February, we transfer our core computer system, online banking, bill payment, and our mobile app to the enhanced system that will better serve your needs.

The core computer system is a critical part of our infrastructure. It administers your accounts and loans. It is also what processes transactions. By changing to the new system, My Credit Union can continue to provide all the excellent products and services our members want and need.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • The system update is February 23-25. The update is occurring over a weekend to minimize disruption to you. During the system conversion, you will have access to your account via your ATM and Visa Debit cards. The credit union will be closed on Monday, February 25.

  • It’s Me 247 Online Banking is Live on February 26. After the close of business on Friday, February 22, we will be closed and offline until Tuesday, February 26 at 9 a.m., when the new system will be available.

  • We will do most of the work for you. We will transfer all information regarding ACH payments, checks, direct deposits, ATM and Visa debit cards.

  • Some information migration will need your help. Online Bill Payment payees will not transfer to the new system. Please see the Online Banking and Online Bill Payment sections below for more information.

Important Details You Need to Know about Online Banking and Bill Payment:
Online Banking

All members will be automatically enrolled in the new It's Me 247 online banking system.  We assign you a temporary PIN (the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number).

When accessing the system for the first time, enter your member number and temporary PIN.  For security purposes, you will then choose a new, easy-to-remember PIN and update your security questions.

You have access to the current online banking system until 2 pm, Friday, February 22. Starting on Tuesday, February 26, you will use the new system.

Online Bill Payment

When It’s Me 247 Online Banking is live, we need your help entering your payees. We recommend gathering all your payees, their account numbers, and payment information before the discontinuation of our present system on Friday, February 22.

Then, log into the new Online Banking system and click on the “Pay Your Bills” link to reenter their information to get started with It’s Me 247 Online Bill Payment.

Also, remember any one-time and recurring payments will be paid until February 22 as long as they are entered into the current system by February 21. Any payments scheduled for payment after February 22 will need to be entered by you into the new system.

Mobile Banking

The current mobile banking app and remote deposit capture will be disconnected at 2 pm on Friday, February 22. The new mobile app will be available approximately March 1, 2019.   We will update you when the new mobile app is up and running.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will my member number stay the same?

A: Yes, your member number will remain the same.   If you have a certificate account, the only change you may see is a change in the account type (e.g. from I6 to I5).

Q: How can I access my account during the conversion?

A: You will have access to your account with your ATM/Debit card during conversion weekend.

However, please note, that if you use your debit card for any automatic recurring payments from your checking account, any payments scheduled from February 23rd through February 25th will not be processed.  You will need to make arrangements to ensure those payments are paid.

Q:  Will online banking and mobile banking be available during conversion weekend?

A: No, since these platforms are also being updated, you will not have access to online or mobile banking.  Online banking and bill payment will be available when we reopen at 9:00am on February 26th.   Mobile banking will be available March 1st.

Q: Will my access to online banking and mobile banking change?

A:  Yes, since we are also converting our online banking and mobile platforms, you will need to establish a new password and security questions.  When you first access online banking you will use your member number as your user ID and the last 4 digits of your social security number as your temporary password.

Q:  Will I have separate user IDs and passwords for online banking and mobile banking?

A:  No. Online banking and mobile banking will use the same user ID and password.

Q: Will my online bill payment payees transfer to the new online banking system.

A:  Unfortunately bill payment payees will not transfer to the new system.  Any bill payments that are scheduled to be paid after February 22nd will need to be entered into the new system.  If you have any payments that are scheduled from February 23rd through February 25th you will need to make other arrangements to ensure these items are paid.

Q: Will I have to change my direct deposit or ACH information?

A: No, your direct deposit and/or ACH information will transfer over into our new system.

Q: What do I do if I need assistance during conversion weekend?

A: Although we will be closed, the staff will be working on Sunday, February 24th and Monday, February 25th.   While we won’t have full access to the new system, we will do our best to assist you during this period.
