With the MyCU Mobile App, you can safely and securely access your accounts anytime, anywhere. Our mobile app is FREE and allows you to:

  • Deposit checks – Click below for step-by-step directions on how to deposit checks using MyCU Mobile

  • Turn your MyCU debit card on or off with the tap of a button

  • Transfer money between your MyCU accounts

  • Transfer-to-member – transfer money to another member’s MyCU account

  • External transfer – transfer funds between your MyCU account and an account you have at another financial institution (coming soon)

  • Pay a friend – send money to a friend using their e-mail address or mobile phone number (coming soon)

  • Pay bills by taking a picture of the statement

  • View account balances and transaction history

  • View statements

  • View check images

MyCU Mobile is available for iPhones, iPads and Android smart phones and can be found in iTunes, the Apple App Store or Google Play by searching for MyCU. You can also download the app by clicking the appropriate link below:

 

Tip! For faster access to your accounts, after your initial log-in, change your settings to use a 4-digit pin to sign-in rather than a user name and password. Simply go to “Settings” and enable the PIN Login.

In order to access MyCU Mobile, you will need a compatible iOS or Android device (iOS 8.0 or higher or Android 4.1 or higher) as well as your (1) member number, (2) last four digits of your social security number and (3) date of birth.

Q: What devices does MyCU Mobile work with?
A: MyCU Mobile will work with iPhone or iPad with iOS 8.0 or higher as well as Android smart phones with Android 4.1 or higher.

Q: What information do I need to login into my account?
A: For your initial login, you will need (1) member number, (2) last four digits of your social security number and (3) date of birth.  After your initial login, you can access your account using a username and password or a PIN number. You can set up your PIN login in the settings page of the mobile app.

Q: What if I forget my username or password?
A: If you forget your username or password, select the help button from the login page and validate your account with your member number, last for digits of your social, and your date of birth.

Q: Do I have to be enrolled in online banking to use MyCU Mobile?
A: No, online banking and MyCU mobile are separate. Your MyCU Mobile username and password may be different from your online banking username and password.

Q: Is MyCU Mobile available in Spanish?
A: Yes, the mobile app is available in Spanish. In the settings page, select “Spanish” and the mobile app screens will appear in Spanish.

Q: What can I do in the MyCU Mobile app?
A: With the MyCU Mobile app, you can transfer funds, view balances and transaction history, turn your debit card on or off, deposit checks and much more.

Q: What happens when I turn my debit card (Visa check card) off in the mobile app?
A: When you disable your debit card in the mobile app, your card will denied at ATMs, merchants or for online purchases until it is enabled.

Q: Can I use Touch ID to login into MyCU Mobile?
A: Yes, you can use Touch ID on iPhone 5s, 6 and 6 Plus to login to the mobile app. Once you turn on Touch ID in the settings page of the mobile app, you can login using your fingerprint instead of your PIN or username and password. However, you will be asked to provide your PIN or password when using certain features in the app.
